I was at the convenience store the other day and picked up a Self Magazine with a headline on how to burn 100 calories in 10 minutes. As I started flipping through it, I decided to buy and and read through some of the articles as they looked pretty interesting. So as my reading began, I came across all these ideas that they were talking about; and as a result, I thought I would pick 3 of them that caught my eye and share them with you! Enjoy!
